History
Premium Programmers, Inc was started in 1978 selling to the corporate marketplace. We are a full service marketing company specializing in corporate identity, premium and incentives and fulfillment. We represent some of the finest brands available to the Incentive and ASI markets.
Premium Programmers, Inc. provides ideas and products to their clients to promote their industry or reward their own. We want our customers to see us as a partner who understands their needs, a resource for all their products and brands and to know we will cater to their budgets in creative and distinctive way. We do not have to go the extra mile for our customers..it is already included!

Store
We create and maintain a company store for many of our customers. We propose unique and practical promotional products, upload images of selected items to the company store, fulfill and ship the order in a timely manner, keep track of the inventory before it is depleted, and handle the inventory spreadsheet for billing out purposes.
We have incorporated many items into online company incentive programs, as well as some major E-Commerce businesses. Some are customized to meet very specific consumers (Blue Collar, Executive, male/female) and others are broad and general to appeal to the masses.
Award Catalogs
We have many items shown in The Awards Consortium Catalog, which is a huge catalog featuring multi level premium and incentive gifts. We have also created customized booklets for smaller businesses, to meet their particular price points and demographics. We offer years of service programs, which include Movado engraved watches with company logos and/or verbiage, high end luggage pieces with debossed luggage tags, and beautifully engraved crystal awards.
Program Development
Although compensation is important, money alone is not the primary motivator. Premium Programmers, Inc has developed sales growth programs that tap into an individual's desire to succeed, to associate with winners and to be recognized. They help to lay the foundation for a culture of success while aligning and communicating sales channel objectives to support corporate vision, goals, and sales/profit objectives.
Stanley Steamer was looking for a way to boost their sales team into action. They ran a 2nd quarter promotion in 2014 where each salesman was given their quota and if they reached their goal, they were awarded an $800 Weber Grill. The salesmen were so excited to win something other than cash, all 35 reached their goal!
Cash sounds good at first, but after you spend it paying bills, what do you have to show for all the hard work you put forth.

Premium Programmers is a full-service company. We carefully select products that cater to our customers’ budgets and needs. We implement products into ongoing programs, updating and refreshing products, as needed. We can handle any type of drop ship programs or bulk ship products directly to the end user. We arrange freight services, offering our customers various methods to consider shipping “the best way” for their needs. We put together gift baskets and goody boxes and ship them with care. There is no job to large or too small…we do it all.
